i used to do that but once word went on the ribbon system i gave it up as i could never find the option for the dymo labeller!!

Hi Andrew,What I do is the following: highlight the address in msword, press alt and t for tools, find print dimo labels, press enter and the address should appear in a small window, use your cursor key to cursor up and down the address to make sure it is all in including the post code, now press the tab key once and it should say print label, press the space bar and it should print your lable out.
