[access-uk] has any1 worked with a headphone mike combo jack?

hi all.
yesterday i got the dell vastro v14 3446 laptop.
now in this laptop there is a strange thing.
there is a headphone mike combo jack that means only 1 jack to put
your headphone and mike in.
i dont know how this will work as ive never seen it.
so i put headphone in this jack and all i get is this kii sound which
comes sometimes with a mike has any1 used this jack and knows how to
get headphones to work? please help if no 1 knows may be ill have to
make a call to our dell tech support which is good
