If you sign out of the googlegroups page www.googlegroups.comand then hit the sign in link, then instead of signing in go to the link that says I cannot access my account, then on that page select I forgot my password, on the following page you put your email address and finally on the page after that comes the varification.
Its not a problem for me now as I got a sighted person to just read it. Cheers Yusuf----- Original Message ----- From: "Dj Paddy" <mygroups@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Navigate to the file in windows explorer and hit enter. Does it play in Winamp now? I get exactly the same problem and had to resort to sighted help to read the characters. It's a pity that when they take the trouble to make the verification accessible they do so in a way whichintroduces complications for some if not all VI users. As part of this you have to put in theletters and numbers in an immage. Fortunately tey also have a spokenversion. Unfortunately when I hit enter on the link realplayer popped up saying that it didn't have the correct component to play the clip, that itwas looking for a commponent and then that no such component existed. Slightly odd given that the format is .wav. Also strange since I have Winamp set up to play .wav files. Is there anything I can do?
