Anyway, gmail can be used in just the same way as with any other email client.
BUT - you HAVE to enable pop3 or IMAP (your choice there) in Gmail
first by going to
SETTINGS > FORWARDING AND POP/IMAP
pop3 configuration guide using Eudora Light is at this page:
