Hi Carol yes I ask that question all the time but yesterday i did not get
all my shopping. some things were missing. I did opt to have the shopping
without plastic bags for the first time but I don't know if that lead to the
driver being careless and leaving stuff in the van.

Cheers

Graham

Graham,

I always ask, "Is there anything missing or any substitutes?"

They should be able to see that information from the paperwork, which takes
just a few seconds. That doesn't guarantee he delivered everything, of
course, because I have known mix-ups in shopping, occasionally; but I think
that's a reasonable question.
