Graham, I've always found the Tesco drivers more than willing to help. If I'm in on my own when the delivery comes, they've gone through the bags with me, told me the expiry dates on such things as milk and, on one occasion, even offered to bring it upstairs for me. I suppose this is more a good will thing but I think any driver worth his salt would not object to helping you in this way.
