Hi William.

If you give BWFB a call, they'll explain the procedure. It usually involves someone coming out to your house with the radio, you showing them the benefit proof then them showing you how to use it and setting up etc..

All the best and good luck, Ibrahim.

hi all i am on ESA and have the later stating i am on it but not how much i get, didn't feel need to keep that one. so how will i show british wireless that i am on benefits?
can you just send them your NI number and they get the proof?
or, just scan the letter from DWP as an image, and then they send radio?
