Hi Mike,

I Was having the same problem as you, so I went to the following website

https://github.com/get-iplayer/get_iplayer_win32/releases/tag/3.22.0

and downloaded the .exe file.  If you search for

get_iplayer-3.22.0-setup.exe

on that page, you should find it.  I then just installed from the .exe file.

Hope this helps.

Caroline.

Hi Pele,

Thanks for your efforts. I’ve tried to get the latest Get_iplayer, but keep
receiving the message ‘unknown option’. I’m not sure what’s going wrong.

Regards,

Mike

Hi Mike

I just tried to get "Years that Changed Britain" and 1972 is
downloading as I write.

Have you managed to get the latest version of Get Iplayer?
