[access-uk] french braille code

Hi
I am trying to obtain the French braille code. I have tried the RNIB. They
sent me a copy in large print which I obviously couldn't read but really
need it in braille or electronic format.
Also, does anyone know of a French to English and English to French
dictionary that I could either download or purchase?
