As I said, all post offices have forms now and I believe if you are registered blind you will be able to receive a pass.

Yes, I wondered that. Okay if you live in West Yorkshire, smile. I think last year Gordon Brown mentioned free travel in 2008 for all disabled and senior 
citizens.  The trains a full to overflowing now so where do we sit?

Hi Martin

You need to take your existing pass and a passport size photograph to a
Metro office and they should help you fill out the form. As for the pass,

Hi folks

I understand that holders of blind concessionary bus passes will be able
to
travel nationwide from April of next year. I have contacted my local
council but got no-where except that they advised me to pick up a leaflet
from my local post office. Can anyone give any info on this or direct me
to
a web site where I can get more info on where and how to apply for one of 
these. I am in the Leeds area.
