i'd love to see the communication between Parcelforce and Cobalt advising them
of this price. otherwise it's hearsay and not transparent.

It seems that Cobolt have been advised by ParcelForce that this is the charge
for shipping a phone with battery to NI. I would have thought they might
look at alternative couriers, but they don't see it that way. Fortunately,
we didn't pay that because someone at Cobolt charged us £20 each time we
ordered our phone, but I've been told they have reverted back to £41 quoted
to someone else so that's really unfair to me. I dread to think what they
would charge for one of their microwaves to be shipped here!
