Hi Ibrahim, you may find this podcast on blind cool tech helpful.
http://media.libsyn.com/media/bct/bct1149WindowsUnattendedInstallationDemo.mp3
You can find a kit for creating an unattended xp cd from JFWLite, which will include a winnt.sif you can personalise, together with a boot file and instructions, both for running the install using a floppy, and also creating an unattended cd, in which case the personalised winnt.sif is incorporated into the cd. You can either incorporate drivers by editing the information into your winnt.sif, or you can use NLite. To use NLite you will need to install net framework 2.0. Although in theory you could use NLite for the entire process I personally didn't find that very successful, so would suggest using NLite for incorporating drivers and updates, but using your own winnt.sif.
              Good luck,
                   John.
