'Some people like the built-in eSpeak synth because it may not sound beautiful enough to read a novel but for everyday screen reading it's lightweight and stays clear at fast speeds. I've never given NVDA a proper run out because I've got System Access and all on going upgrades are free but if I didn't have SA! I would purchase the Vocaliser voices for NVDA as I can't stand that 1980s like E-Speak engine.
