Are you willing to pay same TV license fee as sighted viewers.
If blind people want, expect, demand equal access to equal service
they should also pay equal fees.
Why should the sighted TV views, subsidise the blind?
I support equal rights, equal service, equal access. but
also equal fees! equal price.
