Sorry to sound pedantic, but are you quite sure the Message View menu is fully extended to display all items? The full message View menu for Outlook 2003 should appear as follows: Previous Next Text Size Encoding Message Header From Field BCC Field Options Toolbars If it does not appear as above and items are missing, check to see if there is an "Expand" item at the bottom of the menu. If there is, click on "Expand" and check what's in the menu again. If the menu contains items that are not shown above, then you may be looking at the wrong View menu.
