Many thanks, Keith, for taking the trouble. I've to admit these rule are quite
over the top for an emailing list!

Cheers,
Amro

    Hi Keith and all,

I've never joined this list so can't comment. But out of interest, would
you be so kind to send a copy of these rules 9, 10 and 18 that you speak of? Or
maybe a link to where I can find them. I couldn't find any list rules on the
second hand zone list Yahoo page. Thanks in anticipation.

      Cheers,
      Amro

Suggest you look at rules 9,10 and 18 and consider the legal
implications. 9 and 10 seriously breach competition law and 18 has serious
discrimination implications for those disabled people who may have trouble
complying if they need help from an outsider and may have to wait for that
help. If rule 18 is applied these people would be expelled from the list for
something that is not their fault.

I personally have drawn the attention of the "group manager" to these
problems; his only response was that i was the only one who had complained and
if i didn't like it i could always leave.

I've since been told that complaints have been sent in but he takes no
notice.
