One other precaution to take before you start fiddling in there is to turn
your pc off with the switch at the back then hold in for five seconds the
button on the front that you use to turn the pc on. This should save you
from getting any nasty shocks.

I strongly advise you have someone sighted who has done this before.
Basically i would advise a computer shop do it for you.
