Hi Francis
Thank you for your email. I have a number of health tracking apps on my phone,
but what I actually need is a device that will enable me to reliably track my
health performance for workouts and exercise regimes. The reason for this is
because I have recently taken out help insurance policy with a company called
vitality in an effort to get fit and active whilst receiving the best private
inpatient and day patient healthcare. As part of the vitality program, you can
get discounts on products, services and ultimately your insurance policy if you
can demonstrate that you are exercising and keeping fit and healthy. Thank you
for your advice and I wish you all the best.

Hi Everyone.
I am considering getting into the fitness monitoring way as I plan to make some
lifestyle changes for the new year. I’d have apple watch in the past which of
course works beautifully with iPhone, however I was wondering if there were
other fitness trackers that had accessible apps suitable for exercise tracking,
blood oxygen saturation monitoring, cardio monitoring and so forth. I have
started my fitness journey by taking out a health insurance policy which
rewards you for fitness goals with rewards so I’d like to take advantage of
these.
All the best, Ibrahim.
