Hi Steve
I was hoping for a little bit more personal insight, however if you don’t use
one of these trackers yourself then can anyone else on here comment as to which
tracker they are found to be the most accessible easy to set up and least
maintenance? Thanks.

Hi,
All Fitbits will do what you want. The app is the same, so it’s just a
question of researching the devices.
All the best

Hi Steve.
OK, which Fitbit fitness tracking product do you think you could recommend, I
would like to be able to minimise use of the device and control most if not
everything from the smartphone app. I’m not bothered about fancy shmancy all
singing all dancing smart watch functionality, I just need something that will
stay quietly on my wrist, tracking my health stats and feeding back to the app
so I can provide Vitality with the health tracking data they need, ideally to
keep my premiums down *smile*.
All the best, Ibrahim.

Yes, Fitbit works well, but there is no accessibility on the device at all, but
the phone app is accessible.

Hi Steve
I’ve been interested in Fitbit actually, do you have any experience with the
Fitbit devices range? I want something I can use on an android device
primarily, something integrates with the Google fit app and where I’m not tied
into the Apple ecosystem.

And I believe the Apple Watch 6 is the best in class for accuracy.

Ibrahim, I think you will need a smart watch in order to take the most accurate
measurements.

Hi Francis
Thank you for your email. I have a number of health tracking apps on my phone,
but what I actually need is a device that will enable me to reliably track my
health performance for workouts and exercise regimes. The reason for this is
because I have recently taken out help insurance policy with a company called
vitality in an effort to get fit and active whilst receiving the best private
inpatient and day patient healthcare. As part of the vitality program, you can
get discounts on products, services and ultimately your insurance policy if you
can demonstrate that you are exercising and keeping fit and healthy. Thank you
for your advice and I wish you all the best.

Hi Everyone.
I am considering getting into the fitness monitoring way as I plan to make some
lifestyle changes for the new year. I’d have apple watch in the past which of
course works beautifully with iPhone, however I was wondering if there were
other fitness trackers that had accessible apps suitable for exercise tracking,
blood oxygen saturation monitoring, cardio monitoring and so forth. I have
started my fitness journey by taking out a health insurance policy which
rewards you for fitness goals with rewards so I’d like to take advantage of
these.
All the best, Ibrahim.
