Mainly I use it to monitor heart rate during certain training. It also
monitors steps. You just push and hold the button and the watch
vibrates, that's when a specific session is highlighted as exercise in
the app. It also measures your heart rate and sleep patterns.

The FitBit charge HR is quite good. Youcan monitor and access data via
an app or online. However, as wit most models, you do need eyesight
initially to set it up as you need to read digits on the screen.
