I use the up-to-date version of Firefox with NVDA. Sorry I don’t know what
version of Firefox works with webvisum.

Hi, does webvisum work with this version?

Thanks

Try first uninstalling all versions of Firefox and then reinstall the
version which George suggested.
Hope this works
