Hi,
You would select all the files in the folder, then hit the applications
key
or Shift-F10, or right click one of them and select make public link. This
would give you public links to Email. You can't public link a folder, just
the files within.

A much better file sharing system, and backup system for that matter, is
DropBox. You can have files in your Public folder, and just create a
Public
link to that file, which you can Email to someone who doesn't have
Dropbox,
and it will create a link. Best of all, it is free.
