[access-uk] exporting contacts from windows live mail

If this is OT then I apologize in advance. I'm trying to export contacts from
windows live mail (windows 7 64 bit) to a Nokia n86. I can synchronize the
contacts between the pc and the phone using pc-suite. Is there any way of
exporting the contact data from wlm in a form that pc-suite can transfer?
