Hi David,

Had a very quick look in Excel and can't find any convertor function, but I'm
on my way out of the office so I'll have a proper look later.

In an older version of Excel there was a conversion facility. Does this exist
in later versions?

Try the following formula to convert Fahrenheit to Centigrade

=sum((F-32)*5/9)

In place of the F in the formula, put the Fahrenheit figure you want to convert
to Centigrade.

Hope it helps.

To convert from Centigrade to Fahrenheit
F=(C*9/5)+32

To convert from Fahrenheit to Centigrade
C=(F-32)*5/9

Your formula ismssing the brackets that make the subtraction before it is
multiplied.
