[access-uk] excel

Hi all.
I have just installed Office 2003 on my PC and am running JAWS 7.0
when I am in Exel, using the arrow keys does not seem to change my position in
a spreadsheet but using the tab key and enter key does. I can also use
commands such as go to a particular cell.
I thought it could be a jaws thing but I don't think it is as I tried unloading
JAWS and still can't move around with arrow keys.
Anyone come across this one?
