[access-uk] error message

hi, Does anyone know what the following error message means?
C:\WINDOWS\System32\Tools\DelFolders.exe
Windows cannot find 'C:\WINDOWS\System32\Tools\DelFolders.exe'. Make sure
you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file,
click the Start button, and then click Search.
OK
I sometimes get it at startup and sometimes during the installation of
software.
