hi chris just so but strangely when i formated a few weeks i did use a windows
7 cd which i did purchase from amazon but i seem to have a problem with a
microsoft office installer file that i cannot seem to do anything about. i hate
doing a true big format because of the difficulty getting someone hear who can
see the screen. but yes it looks as though that is what i must do.
