YOU get what you pay for.
Cheap prices, cheap service.

The better the service, the more costly it is.

eBay customer services, and their help system are a joke imho.

        Hi Simon

Yes I have tried that, I don't get any response when I tell
them about my disabilities, tried 3 times yesterday, no go,
e-mailing I think they just ignore it in spite of the
automatic response message, oh well, their loss.

        Regards

don't hold your breath for one, you would be better off
        calling them and
putting them on the spot that way, although even then, I
        doubt you will get
        any real help then either.

        Hi Simon

Yes I wrote to them twice yesterday explaining my problems
and where as amazon got back to me regarding a slightly
different issue straight away, I haven't had a response as
yet at from ebay, very poor. Makes you wonder doesn't it?

        Regards

that is what I have actually said to them directly, a number
        of times. I
have also said that I would be happy to help them in any way
        I can, to
improve things for VI customers, but they are just not
        interested.

        Hi Simon

Yes I am finding that out, not very helpful, it makes me
very reluctant to use ebay again.

no, they don't! they seem to think that taking notice of the
        needs of
disabled customers is beneath them unfortunately. that has
        been my
        experience anyway.

        Hi

Does anyone know if ebay has a department who deals with
special needs issues? I recently purchased an item from ebay
and have to return it but am finding that when I explain
that things may take longer because I have to get
assistance, and also because I am in France, I feel like I
am hitting my head against a brick wall. Any idease please?
        They don't seem to understand.

        Regards

        Adrien
