Yes I have tried that, I don't get any response when I tell
them about my disabilities, tried 3 times yesterday, no go,
e-mailing I think they just ignore it in spite of the
automatic response message, oh well, their loss.

Yes I wrote to them twice yesterday explaining my problems
and where as amazon got back to me regarding a slightly
different issue straight away, I haven't had a response as
yet at from ebay, very poor. Makes you wonder doesn't it?

have also said that I would be happy to help them in any way
