Hi,
Alternative if you don't want to buy from the RNIB, many of the older Nokias
and also the lower end ones had larger font as the standard font. Often you
also had an easily adjustable setting where you could change the font size.
You sacrifice more fancy features, but they're also so much cheaper. You
could even pick up one unlocked on eBay etc.
I actually quite liked my Nokia 1100 before I moved to a contract service.
