A way to ensure this is, on the lock screen, touch the time, then swipe down
with two fingers, then, while voiceover is talking, press and hold the
volume up button on the phone. After this, touch the time again, then press
the volume up button on the earpiece.

Hi Billy

Are you turning the volume up whilst the speech is actually talking? If
not, you’re only turning the sounds up on the clicks and beeps. Try tapping
on something that will talk for a few seconds and then hit the volume
button.

Cheers

Barry

hi guys, New with Iphone.

Trying to pair my legend ear piece with my Iphone5.

The pairing was successful, but when turning on the ear piece, to find the
volume is very low.

The up and down volume buttons on the side of the Iphone make little or no
difference.

Is there something in settings, or is the problem with the Legend?, Billy
