David isn't it funny how we all find these companies, I found them very 
good to deal with although this subject was less than acceptable , other 
than that we have had a good relationship .
Like you we resent paying but if we can't access their e billing even 
for a trial then it sucks but I think our pocket might make our mind up 
in the end, smile.
