Hi John, no it doesn't. I find that the Goodmans has problems whenever it has a lot to do, programme information for instance, but the TVonics handles it without a problem. Although I don't use audio description habitually on the few occasions I've used it it's been fine. Mind you, saying that I didn't notice a problem with audio description on the Goodmans either. I should think signal strength is a factor.
