Hi Jim.

When you come to selecting the track or tracks you wish to convert in to audio, you need to choose the track with audio description. This isn't always clearly labeled on dvd's, so a little patients and listening might be required before you extract. When you load up the extractor, the first screen allows you to preview the dvd so I suggest you have a play about with the various options there, like selecting an audio track and playing it.

All the best, Ibrahim.
