i have it on my iphone and its on mum's ipad and it works fine with voice over on both. it is free for two g8igs of storage i think but you can pay for more but i think its expensive, we only use it for moving files between computers, easier than messing about with memory sticks as far as the computers are concerned and syncing the i devices.
