As long as you don't download with the phone, but sink, that is considered as
off line.

Excuse my stupidity, but I have a limit on the amount of data I can download
to my Iphone each month and apparently I have reached my limit. I could buy
an extra allowance but wondered, could I download my podcasts on the computer
using Itunes and then sync my Iphone - does this still count as data
downloaded to my Iphone or if the data is already downloaded to your computer
and then syncs with your Iphone, is this disregarded?
