Peter,
You were very fortunate! With my dial up connection it invariably cuts off after about 2
hours but as I am using Winget I can resume. I think that you will certainly need a
download manager if you want Symphony 9!
I too was surprised at the audio quality, and i am hoping to get the whole set by the
weekend. It will be nice to have all 9 as mp3s on a single Cd.

Beethoven symphonies downloaded from the net. I have tried this with his 2nd symphony. I consider the sound quality to be very good indeed; just as good as ordinary radio listening. I am using a dial up connection and the download took well over 3 hours; I expected it to cut out before the finish but it did not. All the best, Peter.
