[access-uk] downloading beethoven from bbc

Beethoven symphonies downloaded from the net.
I have tried this with his 2nd symphony. I consider the sound quality to be
very good indeed; just as good as ordinary radio listening. I am using a
dial up connection and the download took well over 3 hours; I expected it to
cut out before the finish but it did not.
