this probably won't help, but I ordered mine from the U.S. site and when I
downloaded it I had to activate a link which sorted out the registration
for
me. I think it is cheaper from the U.S. as well.

Having just registered diskeeper I can understand why Alex had difficulty.
I'm twirling round in some kind of hurricane here not knowing how to
progress. I got to the end of the process after loads of hassles and now
I
can't seem to get to the key! I am totally confused and wonder if someone
who has recently gone through the process may be able to help me.
The problem seems to be that I should have right clicked on the final bit
to
get the key and saved it. (Exactly what the file is and what it contains
I'm not sure at all.)
I can't get back to that point either.
I just feel that these computer things are getting so complex and full of
"protection loops" these days that I'm getting lost in the processes.
Alex, I'd be particularly interested to know how you solved what seemed to
be a similar problem the other day.
