Hi John, my search for software updates in the settings menu doesn't show any update option, and I've posted on Access-UK asking if anyone knows of an alternative... Hopefully we'll find something as the Nebula service/support seems to be rather feeble if you can get it at all!

Is your DigiTV EPG working OK?

All the best,
Barry

Hi Bary I will have a look to see if I have a number for nebula but I am sure there was a patch for this problem in the 3.7 that we have. it is anoying being a day out. No I have not a number for them. there is a contact link on the nebula website though. I also wonder if anything else is out there that we could use for freeview. I have the new digtv version on my pc as well but again it is strange I have to go to the update manager for it to work not worth paying £24 for it.
