Hi John, my search for software updates in the settings menu doesn't show any update option, and I've posted on Access-UK asking if anyone knows of an alternative... Hopefully we'll find something as the Nebula service/support seems to be rather feeble if you can get it at all!
Is your DigiTV EPG working OK? All the best, Barry----- Original Message ----- From: "John Gallagher" <john@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Hi Bary I will have a look to see if I have a number for nebula but I am sure there was a patch for this problem in the 3.7 that we have. it is anoying being a day out. No I have not a number for them. there is a contact link on the nebula website though. I also wonder if anything else is out there that we could use for freeview. I have the new digtv version on my pc as well but again it is strange I have to go to the update manager for it to work not worth paying £24 for it.** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq__________ Information from ESET Smart Security, version of virus signature database 5757 (20110103) __________The message was checked by ESET Smart Security. http://www.eset.com
