On Nebula's website now: http://www.nebula-electronics.com/news/changes.asp <http://www.nebula-electronics.com/news/changes.asp> Thursday 6th December 2007 Following a detailed analysis of trading history and continuing year-on-year losses, it has been decided that Nebula Electronics Ltd is to be wound-up as a trading company. The Nebula Electronics brand however, is to continue as a trading name of Nebula Media Solutions Ltd. Nebula Media Solutions Ltd specialises in the provision of Media distribution for home and business and will take on the role of primary distributor for the DigiTV range of products. For existing and future customers, the transition should have little impact other than a short delay followed by an improvement in the provision of support and sales communication when compared to the recent level of service. Nebula Media Solutions Ltd takes very seriously its responsibility to maintain good customer relations, so all orders placed on the Nebula Electronics website have been, and will continue to be, honoured by Nebula Media Solutions Ltd. After-sales care as well as all warranties and repairs to existing equipment will also be honoured for the lifetime of the product range. Nebula Media Solutions Ltd also plans to expand and improve existing product ranges as part of its own product portfolio where Nebula Electronics Ltd is now no-longer able to fulfil its future plans. The current web-site and email servers are in the process of being relocated, so there may be interruptions in availablilty over the next week or so. However, our best efforts are being made to maintain service over the transition time. None of this messing about with old versions. I wondered why mine worked and you all had problems, so here goes, and this is a good tip to follow every time you do an upgrade. You only need do this once. 1. Install the new version, do not overwrite it with old versions, as this defeats the point. 2. Reboot. 3. Open DigiTV. 4. Go into Settings. 5. Go down to EPG. 6. Tab to the Clear Cache button and hit it. 7. Tab to the Download EPG button and hit it. 8. Wait for it to download. If you don't get auto progress, read the screen and wait for it to say Done at the bottom. 9. Hit OK on Settings. 10. Go into seven-day guide and check your EPG. All the best Steve 7. ________________________________ From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Steve Nutt Sent: Thursday 8 January 2009 08:08 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: digiTV EPG sorted thanks to Ann Hi Steve, But what's the point in installing the upgrade at all if you are going to replace it with an earlier version? The upgrade to 37.0.12 is only the core .exe file. So all you are doing is to install it, then overwrite it again. I am still trying to investigate why the latest version isn't working, rather than doing it this way. If I find anything, I'll let you know. It still seems a bit counter-intuitive to install an upgrade and then to install a previous version over the top of it, but it certainly worked for me. Great stuff! Steve Green
