Ron, in the Outlook Express main window, open the view menu with alt v, and press l to open the layout dialogue box. Now tab and check the following boxes, where necessary: folder list; contacts. Hope that helps. ----- Original Message ----- From: "ron sears" <r.sears1@xxxxxxxxxxxx>

Subject: [access-uk] desktop and outlook express

Can anyone help please. In outlook express I have lost the ability to go from folder to folder and the address list isn't showing as usual. When pressing tab it doesn't take me to the list of folders etc. When pressing Windows key and M it won't go to the desktop unless I am focussed on Jaws and sometimes it
says no links.

Thanks in advance

Ron
