Hi Hannah
I have one and like it. It works well with Jaws. It depends how intensively your sister will use it - it can be sluggish in some instances. I found it necessary to upgrade the memory to 2gb and to increase the solid state hard drive to 16 gb. It now works fairly well, but I use it a lot for more than Word Processing and Internet surfing. The only other inconvenience is the use of the 'Function keys - they're a combination of the single function key and the row of letters from 'A' across the keyboard. There's no F11 and F12 too.
Otherwise it's a very compact excellent machine.
