Hi Jo, have you tried shift and home to select all the messages and then shift
delete to get rid of them all? hope that helps Janet

for some reason or another my desktop is not allowing me to delete messages,
current messages are ok, they delete fine, but there are over one hundred
messages from the past few weeks that it won't allow me to delete, when i press
the delete key i get a message saying "an unknown problem has occurred, getting
help from communities" what is all that about, hope someone can help, god
