Local folders are indeed in OE, which is where you need to create the new empty folders. The instruction about moving a test type file moved into each empty folder is essential so the system recognises the folders existance. It is only then you can go in through documents and settings and follow to owner, local settings etc and copy into the outlook express folder where the dbx files reside. Barry's instructions may seem long winded but the only way I know to do it.
