hi darren and andrew, i thought this might be the case with jb3! ah well.
jb2 is still around so i might go for that. i've looked at the zen models,
some from what i can gather use a  touch screen which would also make them
inaccessible. at least that's how i interpreted the specs. not all do so i
may take another look.

Hi Kevin,

I have had one for around two years now, no it isn't accessible due to
the scroll wheel, as everything is done pritty much through this, I
have to use glasses when operating it.

Not sure how much better the Zen is to operate, but I would generally
say simpler the better.
