Depends how much time you want to spend on it, how big you want the site to
be and how much you are prepared to pay? The one I use for business is a
little more expensive than most, but it is completely accessible, I get
unlimited Emails and it is quick and easy to do. However, I can justify this
because it is for business. If you simply want to do it as a hobby, then you
might want something cheaper and a little more basic.
So, tell us more about what you want the site for etc?
