The process can be achieved thus: 1 Press Windows key+M to go to the "desktop", then press letter J until you reach "Jaws 5.10" shortcut icon. 2 Press alt+enter to open up it's properties. 3 Press tab key until you reach the shortcut key edit box and type the letter you would like to use with the control+alt keys, eg. letter J for Jaws which would define control+alt+j for your Jaws 5.10. 4 Tab to "OK" button and press spacebar on it.
