You still need the bypass key though for Window-Eyes.

I'm pretty sure the keystroke to create a new folder in Outlook is
Control+Shift+E.
And to move messages into a folder it's Control+Shift+V.
I'm not using the very latest version of Outlook, but I expect those
keystrokes won't change.

I want to create a new folder in Outlook to store messages on a particular
topic but have forgotten how to do this and can't see an option in the
