Yes, but control-shift-V is for when you want to move a message into a
folder. If you just want to create a folder, then control-shift-E is your
friend.

That's right, Steve, using the bypass key does indeed enable me to use
control+shift+e but by using control+shift+v I don't need the bypass key.
